6. Photography and Media Consent

By entering Playland Family, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or security purposes. These images may be used in our marketing materials, website, social media, or other promotional activities without compensation to you.

7. Lost or Stolen Items

Playland Family is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend securing valuables in provided lockers or leaving them at home. While we maintain a lost and found service, we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items.

8. Event Cancellations and Weather

Special events and certain outdoor activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide alternative activities when possible or offer rain checks or refunds at our discretion.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
